Electricity Socket - this can be inside or outside. We provide the  extension leads and the socket needs to be within 20 meters of where the hot tub is going to be placed.

Area Size - We will need an area at least 2.5x2.5m (for hot tub) or 2.8m x 2.8m for if you have also ordered a gazebo.

Area Type - We can setup the hot tub on: Slabs, Patio, Tarmac, Asphalt, Grass, concrete. we CANNOT setup the hot tub on mud, gravel, slate, stones, pebbles, uneven or hilly areas. Decking is at your risk only, hot tubs can weigh between 1200kg and 1900kg when full with water and people, if you would like us to setup on decking it is up to you to decide if your decking is strong enough we take no responsibility should your decking crack, collapse or any other damage due to requesting we setup the hot tub on decking.

We will provide a covering that can go underneath the Hot Tub.

Clean area - Please clean the area of any animal foul, rubbish, items, sticks, twigs, sharp objects and any thing that could damage the hot tub.
