Yes! Optional extras include gazebo hire, and party packages which can be added easily at the time of booking.
Delivery & Setup

Yes, delivery is free within 10 miles of our location. For addresses beyond this, we charge £1.50 per mile, which is calculated at checkout and added to your balance.

A standard hot tub setup takes around 20–30 minutes. If you’ve chosen extras such as a gazebo or lighting, setup may take a little longer.

Yes! Our team will fully set up the hot tub, including instructions on filling, heating, operating, and chemical care.

Yes, we handle takedown and collection. Customers are asked to empty the water
beforehand unless you have selected our Hot tub emptying service, where
we use a pump to empty the tub for you. -
Yes, ideally you’ll need access to an outdoor tap and hosepipe to fill the tub.
If you do not have an outdoor tap,
alternative solutions may be possible – please contact us to discuss your setup before making a booking. -
Yes, all of our hot tubs require access to a standard 13-amp plug socket.
The socket should be:
- Within approximately 5–10 metres of where the hot tub will be installed
- Weather-protected if located outdoors
- Not overloaded with other high-powered appliances during use

Heating usually takes 12–24 hours to reach the maximum temperature of 40°C. All of our Hot Tubs are delivered the day before the hire is due to start to allow for heating.
Safety Requirements

Suitable surfaces include patio, slabs, concrete, tarmac, or grass. We cannot
install on mud, slate, stones or uneven surfaces. Hot Tubs placed on decking are at the customers own risk, decking must be strong and level enough to support the weight (between 1,200–1,900kg when full of water and people). We accept no liability for damage caused by weak decking. -
The amount of space you'll need depends on the model of hot tub you choose:
Smaller models: Allow a minimum of 2.5 m × 2.5 mHot Tub with Gazebo: Recommended space is 3m × 3m
San Francisco model: Requires at least 3 m × 3 m to accommodate the larger size and external pump unit.

Please ensure the area is clear of animal foul, rubbish, sticks, sharp objects, or anything that could damage the hot tub. We provide a protective covering to go underneath.

We have options to suit different group sizes:
- Ibiza + Hawaii Tubs – fits 4 to 6 people
- San Francisco Tub – fits 7 people comfortably.

Yes, all hires include the required chemicals and test strips to ensure safe and clean water during your rental.
